I would like to know if theirs any advantage in drill a ball as a full roller?

A fuller roller is a type of release/delivery. If you don't roll the ball through the grip, a full roller layout might put the pin (top of the weightblock# in a disadvantageous position.

A full roller layout and the myriad of variations can help a full roller bowler better utilize a bowling ball. The layout(s) aren't anything magical (unless you roll a full roller).

The simple answer to your question is there is no advantage (unless your delivery warrants it).
