Chip, I am a tweener with med revs and my hand  ussually comes up the back of the ball. I have a bounty hunter and a bounty which is my favorite ball but can only use it on med to dry lanes to get the backend that I am looking for. I thought the bounty hunter would be the ball for oily lanes but I can not get it to turn the corner. It is drilled with the pin at 1:30 and next to my ring finger. The cg is kicked out a little and the mb is approx 1 1/2" right of my thumb. It has been sanded to 600 with a little polish added on top of the 600. I don't know what to do to make it turn the corner. I think my bounty out hooks it by a good 5 boards right now. Any suggestions?

If your release produces very little side rotation the change of direction down the lane is limited.  Add that to heavy oil conditions, it is hard to get a big move down the lane.  The best reaction is to create some ball roll to keep the ball from overskidding.
With your release, you may have too much surface on the bounty hunter.  Can you still see the sand lines on the hunter?  If so, how are they oriented to your ball track?
