Bowling/ball weight

Question
Are there any advantages in purchasing a 16lb. ball over a 15lb. in a reactive coverstock.....am thinking of a Hammer vibe onxy for dry lanes....I through with moderate ball speed and usually through down and in on the 7th. board.

Answer
There are a lot of bowlers that use 15# equipment with great success.  It is easier on the body and can help lessen fatigue with a minimal loss of hitting power.  If everything else you own is 16# and you do not have any physical issues, I would stay with the 16#.  It can cause problems if you have to switch back and forth between weights when you change balls.

The vibe is a good series.

Good luck,
