just got my rotogrip mutant cell in and has a 3" pin with 2-9/16 top weight . any recommendation on a pattern to drill on med to hvy oil synthetic lanes i am probably a tweener?

There should be some drilling information in the box.  I imaging the one on the sheet will place the pin near your ring finger and would not have to place the cg far enough to the right that you will need the extra hole.  Adding an extra hole will make the ball hook sooner than you probalbly want.
