Bowling/How do I find my PAP?

Question
I track about 1.5" from my thumb, equidistant from my fingers.  I've never really tried to measure my PAP and my equipment guy has never asked me or tried to find it either.  Most of my equipment works fine .. I average 225-230 on house conditions but I think finding my PAP and using it when drilling new equipment could help me fine-tune my reaction.

Thanks!

Answer
Trace the first ring of oil that is closest to your thumb and finger holes.  Mark the center of that ring.  Locate the exact spot on the other side of the ball from the original spot.  Measure from the center of your grip horizontaly to just above or below the new mark.  Measure up or down to the mark and that will give you a vertical measurement.  You should now have a horizontal and vertical measurement that defines your PAP.

Good luck,
