Bowling/Ball Speed

Question
What MPH is considered high ball speed. I throw 17-18MPH usually, and am trying to figure what drill type i would want for my new ball

Answer
The ball speed is not the only part of the equation.  With a high rev rate, that may actually be slow ball speed.

I would have your pro shop watch you bowl so they can match your rev rate, ball speed, axis tilt, and axis rotation to your ball needs.

Good luck,
