I stuck at foul line. And tore my meniscus in knee went to doctor next day. then had surgery a few months later. my insurance will not cover. they say it was not a accident. I did fall after I stuck But they say I did not tell them that. Is it still a accident? thanks TIM

I know the centers I have worked at an incident report was filed whenever something like that happened.  That usually takes care of any accident issues with the insurance company.  
Did the center file any reports when you fell?

This is out of my area of expertise, but it might be something to talk to an attorney about.
