I bought one from a collection an old pro had in his pro shop.  It was a 16 lb Phantom never been drilled.  He drilled mine at the Bruinswick label where the Serial Number is.  I'm assuming this is the same Phantom ball that has the silhouette of a B-2 Bomber looking thing on it (Which is the reason I bought mine.  I'm the only one I know that has one in the area I'm in.  Very unique and it will indeed over hook on the lanes I play at, I generally have to let the ball do most of the work.  :)
