Bowling/Arm Brace

Question
I am 76 years old and have been bowling for years, but never got much above 150 scores. I bowl left handed and can't seem to learn to get any left on the bowl. I just order a "Mongoose arm brace".
I have not received it as yet. My question; Will the brace help me
left the ball for a good curve?
Thank YoU!

Answer
It should help you create a better wrist position and a much more consistent wrist position.  In order to creat more or better ball reaction, you will have to make sure your hand rotates in a clockwise direction during your release.  Try keeping your thumb 11:00 o clock and then rotate to 2:00 oclock during the release.  Keep your fingers firm and "catch" the ball with your fingers.  Dont concentrate on lifting the ball so much.

Good luck,
