Question
Can a league bowler change switch bowling hands mid frame?  Mid game?   Example, a left handed bowler left a 7 pin after first throw.  He then used his right hand to pick up the spare.  Legal?

Answer
Here is the quote from the Rule Book. You can find it at bowl.com under Rules.

328. Changing Delivery
In handicap and classified tournaments, once the bowler has taken his/her first shot, he/she shall continue to use that hand throughout the tournament unless, due to injury, the bowler finds it impossible to continue bowling with the same hand. The bowler may seek approval of the tournament director to continue with the opposite hand.
Penalty: Disqualification in the event in which the violation occurs and loss of entry fee for that event.

If this doesn't apply to a league environment, I can't find one that does. You can call the Rules Dept at 800-514-2695 and get a definitive answer for your specific circumstance.
