Question
i have arthritis in my throwing hand, i currently use a fingertip grip, a 15# razor, and last season ave. approx. 205. could a different fingers/thumb layout help?

Answer
If you are having difficulty holding the ball or pain, the ball can be re-fit to help with this.  Pitches can be changed and if needed, the span can be changes.  In certain cases, an extra hole for a third finger may help.

Your ball driller should be able to help with this.  If you have an old ball, I would make changes to it first.  Once something is found that works, you can then transfer the grip to a new ball or your favorite ball.

Good luck,
