I am 57 years old right hander and roll a 14 pound, ball speed around 15.5 with not very much rev due to my skinny wrists...I would consider myself as a tweener though...My question is I purchased a 15 lb Brunswick Twisted Fury Solid and looked for a drilling pattern that would best suit me which would be the basic asymmetric layout #3 for length and back-end. I am more of a down and in style bowler...I notice that Brunswick doesn't indicate PAP location in any of their layouts and was wondering why? Other ball manufacturers shows where the PAP should be...Currently I use Roto Grip Horizon and RSX. Thank you for your response.

Answer I would treat the brunswick ball the same as the others. You can even use a Roto Grip layout sheet if you want to. Imagine that the # 3 layout will place the pin near your ring finger. I would doubt if you will place the CG far enough to the right to have to have the extra hole. Moving the CG that far to the right will cause you to lose the length that you are looking for anyway. The Twisted Fury solid will have more hook potential than the 2 balls you are currently using.
