Bowling/Next Level

Question
I am a 53 year old, right handed, that throws a slow ball, 12-13mph according to the lane readout. I am throwing a Hammer Emerald Vibe, 14lbs. I average 203-205 with about 4-5 strikes per game. I don't seem to be able to take it to the next level. Normally I throw third arrow or just inside, pretty much straight down with a slight snap at the end. I am fairly accurate in hitting my mark. I have a tendency to leave several seven and ten pins along with some pretty good 8-10 splits. I don't have much of a back swing. One thing that I have noticed is that even when I constantly hit the pocket, I have very little pin action, pins just lay in the channel. How can I improve my pin action to produce a couple of more strikes per game?

Answer
Roger,
I may have just answered this. But had a thought about the 8-10's. This split for a right hander is usually left when the ball hits weakly. Does this happen later in the evening or early when conditions are fresh? Thanks. Look forward to hearing back.
