What newer available ball is the equivalent or very similar to the Ebonite Black Ice?

Tough call. The midprice Ebonite series ball the Smash would probable be a little stronger and the Ebonite Tornado a little weaker. The low flare elliptical core was probably the key to your liking the Black Ice. Nothing very similar on the market now.
