Bowling/Medium Oil Arcy Ball
Expert: - 3/2/2010
QuestionI just purchased a Brunswick Diamondback and I am looking for a ball that has the same reaction but is a medium or medium to light oil ball. The only hole I have in my bowling bag is a medium oil ball that turns early and is controllable on the back end. I have a problem with my skid flip balls sliding too far down the lane before making a move and coming in behind the head pin and leaving a 10 pin. Any ball selection suggestions?
AnswerJosh,
I'm a fan of using a ball I like and altering the drilling/surface to compliment the reaction I know in ball #1, but create more of the reaction I need in Ball #2. Have your shop drill another Diamondback to react earlier with a low hole for additional flare and continuation, alter the surface to create the reaction you need. Thanks for the question. Good luck and good bowling.
