Bowling/bowling balls

Questioncan you tell me which manufacturer of balls who produce a 13# ball that has the "original core" as the 14-16 balls and not a "generic one"? I need a lighter ball due to arm/shoulder problems i have and i would like to consider dropping in weight.
AnswerId,
When the weight of a bowling ball contains a heavy mass inside it's hard to keep it under 14 pounds. Every company tries to provide a comparable effect at lighter weights but the size, weight and style of weight block is limiting.
Most companies assume lighter weight balls are thrown by smaller players (women, kids, seniors), who don't roll as hard as bigger players. So, when rolled at a slower speed, the lesser weightblocks can provide a synergistic dynamic appropriate to the speed and rev rate of the player.
Are you afraid your speed will be a problem? Is the arm/shoulder problem from bowling? an injury? How's your ball fit?
Thanks for the question, good luck.
