Bowling/Lane Conditions

Question
Situation:
Our team is bowling on 13 and 14.  I'm coming in on the nose on 13, using the same conditions of stance, delivery, hand position, steps, etc as on 14.
The last frame on 14 I had a strike.
I'm in the middle of the first game.
Should I adjust on 14 to the high delivery on 13 or wait until I see what I do on 14?

Professionally, I wait! I love the adage, don't fix sump'n that isn't broken! You can often carry as many as 6 strikes on one lane. However, like any professional, I do plan for it...
I will share a secret from my book. I have a theory that if you have three bowling balls. One that is money in the bank. The second one that hooks more than the money ball, when you leave a certain pin. And lastly, your third ball that goes just a bit longer than your money ball, then you got it covered.  I know this is simply put however the thought is sound for sure. It's much like having three bowling balls where one ball hooks early, one hooks less, and one ball hooks even less.
Lane conditions change a little or a lot bases on the bowling balls used, how many people are playing, how many crankers are on your lane, even how many plastic houseballs are being used that just pushes the oil around. For example a 5 person team does a lot of damage to a lane in a very short time.
In summary Jim, lane conditions are like the weather from day to day, shot to shot. That lane that you are on is the one you care most about. If your thoughts move ahead to adjusting before you need to, you can end up lost. Always let the lane and the ball talk to each other first before you make a decision to move. When you come in high and still carry, knowing what pin fell last will give you a clue as to what direction your ball is taking you.
In my new bowling book, "True Bowler Adjustments," I ask bowlers to read the reaction of your ball. I describe what to look at, and in detail, what to look for, so you can adjust! The reading section is called, "Using your Eyes!"
Take care Jim, and stay on course. Higher, more consistent scores are in your future, I can feel it!
