Bowling/Can you change your positive axis point

Question
my positive access point is 4 3/4 by 5/8 up. I know how to alter my release by changing the tilt and rotation but will that alter my positive access point. If not how can I change my positive access point.
Thank you

Answer
In order to change your PAP, you will have to change where your fingers are at the release point.  As you lift up the side of the ball, the closer your first number will get to 5 inches.  If you rotate counter clockwise during the release, the bigger the up number gets.
