Thanks
AnswerRodolfo,
I'd NEVER put a brand new bowler in a performance ball (your Track 505c is a performance ball). You're looking to have a high performance ball solve your problems, when your inexperience is the major stumbling block.
Buying a stronger ball when you can't roll yours effectively is a mistake. The bowling ball is a tool to help control the lane. If your skills haven't grown allowing you to deliver the ball consistently, you need help. Get bowling lessons.
If you can't control your bowling ball (turn it effectively), how can you choose the tool you need? If you don't impart some axis tilt and axis rotation the ball (any ball) won't hook (effectively). This is a sport where the ball is a tool, not magic. You need to learn to use the tools of the sport better, than they will work even better for you. Don't give in to the notion that success you may see in others is due only to their equipment. Experience is HUGE. Practice. Get some coaching and give yourself some time. Thanks for the question. Good luck and good bowling. Let me know when you get some lessons, they should help you get to the pocket consistently and you'll improve.
