Bowling/finger-tip ball?

Question
Warren, I have been bowling with a conv ball for many years but I am developing arthritis in my middle finger, my finger starts to swell around 2nd game and by the third is is really painful. Do you think that over the summer I should try to have the ball re-drilled for finger-tip or is is possible to just have the one hole adjusted. Thank you.

Answer
Phyllis,
I'd suspect a grip adjustment would do the trick. A finger tip might put more pressure on the arthritic joint.

Thanks for the question. Let me know when your having the grip changed and with more detail I can suggest some options. Good luck.
