Question
HI,
MY NAME IS ROGER SCOTT. HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WHAT WEIGHT OF BOWLING BALL TO USE? MY WEIGHT IS 150LBS AND I'M 5'5.

Answer
Place different weight bowing balls, one at a time of course ;), in the palm of your bowling hand with your elbow at 90 degrees and next to your side.  The ball that you can hold there about 20 seconds without difficulty should be the weight you can use.  Err on the side of being a little light as being a little heavy.  I would think you should be comfortable with a 14# or 15#.

Good luck,
Chip
