Bowling/Ball/Drilling Pattern for High Rev Player

Question
I have a very high Rev Rate and prefer to bowl very deep. I am looking for a Ball and Drilling Combo that will mitigate over/under situations. All the balls on the market now seem to be too much for me (high performance). I have had some suggestions given to me by some local pros, saying to go with Low RG/Low Differential. Here is what I have done... I bought older technology (3 AMF Evolution Extras with 3 separate drilling pattern from Early roll to big flip). Seems to be doing ok as I average around 220, but I feel as if there is something I'm missing in the newer technology and drilling patterns. What would you recommend?

Thank You for your assistance...

Answer
It looks like you have already done the right thing.  One of the best balls for what you are looking for was the original V2 from Ebonite.
On an over/under type of condition, I would suggest weaker cores and stronger covers.

Just  because there are new balls on the market, doesnt mean they are better than what you have now.

One ball I would try to catch on a deal, and with the problems they have had, I would think you can get a good deal and take  your chances, would the be the Columbia EPX.  Very smooth reaction, but has come issues.  Although, the first one I drilled here is still being used without any problems at all.

Good luck,
Chip
