Question
My son is 9 years old and about 5" tall.  What weight ball should I buy for him?

Answer
Have him place his palm upwards with his elbow bent at 90 degrees at his side.  Place a bowling ball in the palm of his hand.  Start with an 8 pound and increase the ball weight by a pound until he cannot hold the ball in that position for 15 seconds.  The ball he can hold for 15 seconds will be the correct weight.

Good luck,
Chip
