Question
i have about a 140 average. i use only house balls cause i don't have one of my own. i throw a straight ball cause it would be too hard trying to developed a curve with a different ball each time. i also like the wide fingertip grip, but i would change if needed.i was looking into buying my own ball but got confused when i saw about top weights and side weights. i would also like to develope a curve to go with it. what would be a good suggestion to go with so i wont have to change balls as my game developers?

Answer
If you want to learn how to hook the ball, then I would suggest the fingertip grip.  I would look at the Storm Tropical Storms, Ebonite Tornado, the Brunswick Power Groove, and the Columbia Scout bowling balls.  The pro shop can help you with the other topics that confuse you when they drill the ball.

Good luck,
Chip
