Bowling/Ball selection and drilling

QuestionIn the house I bowl in the heads are badly worn and your ball will develope a track after 6 games. In the second game of league play the shot breaks down rapidly between the 8 to 15 boards on the R/H side. To prevent this the house is now oiling heavier to last all 3 games which has caused carry down and out of range problems. I would like to know what ball and drilling pattern I could use to play inside of 15 board and stay away from the burned out area.
I'm a 52 year old with med. ball speed, med. axis tilt and rev rate or a tweener. My PAP is 5" RT and 3/8" up.
At the moment I'm using a Storm LRG with the pin 1 1/16" below the ring finger 2" RT of the grip line. The balance hole is on the VAL 2" below my PAP.
AnswerI would suggest a higher RG ball with a high differential rating. This will help get the ball down the lane and through the heads as they break down, but allow for more friction down the lane the help battle the carry down.
I would place the pin to the right of the ring finger with the CG 3-4 inches from the center of the grip and place the weight hole on your PAP. I would also look for a light load, solid particle coverstock.
Several companies make balls of this type, but if you want to stay in the Storm line, look at the Super Charge and then the Fear Factor.
Good luck,
