Question
Due to some physical limitations, I have been considering going from a 15 lb ball to a 14 lb. Can you tell me what negative results I might expect in regards to pin action or carry due to the reduced weight.

Answer
I used a 14# ball soon after wrist surgery and found that it hurt the carry percentage when having to play deep, inside lines.  As long as I was able to stay outside 3rd arrow, the pound didnt seem to make much difference.  You will carry the higher hits a bit better than some of the light ones.

Physically, it will be much easier on your body though.

Good luck,
Chip
