How can I increase the speed of my bowling ball? I would like to increase it to about 17 mph, it is only around 14 mph now.

Answer
There are many ways. It all depends what one will fit into your style.

1.TAKE A SMALLER FIRST STEP.
2.HOLD THE BALL IN YOUR STANCE HIGHER.
3.HAVE YOUR OTHER HAND LIGHTLY PUSH THE BALL OUT & DOWN IN
      THE BEGINNING OF YOUR ARM SWING.
4.INCREASE HEIGHT OF YOUR BACKSWING.
5.FOLLOW THRU COMPLETELY.
6.SIMPLIFY YOUR ARMSWING/APPROACH.
7.A LIGHTER BALL.
8.START LIFTING/WORKOUT WITH 1 POUND HEAVIER WEIGHT.
9.BODY WORKOUTS.
10.LOCK YOUR WRIST
11. LOCK YOUR ELBOW.
