I am about 4 months along and I was wondering if it is safe to go bowling.

Sure is. In fact, most women bowl better pregnant.
I know a women that almost made TEAM USA while 7 months pregnant. I think the reason for this is that while pregnant, you take better care of yourself. Which seems to improve your bowling. Thanks, and congratulations Joe
