Bowling/Buying my first ball

QuestionI have been bowling at least once a week for about 2 months now, just socially, but I am thinking about joining a league in the summer. I've been using house balls and have alot of trouble finding one thats comfortable. I'm ready to buy my first ball. I have been bowling straight, but think I am ready to learn how to hook. I've read that a good beginners ball would be a lower end reactive reasin ball. Do you have any specific ones that you would recommend?
Answer SO, I would think you have about 20 games in ? Well , to start hooking a ball it would only take one game! But , TO DO IT RIGHT ? I would say at least 120.You need to learn the basics of bowling, your form to develop, get consistent, hit what your aiming at & dozens more things to learn before throwing a hook.I would suggest a regular Plastic ball drilled conventional grip.Throw straight at what your aiming at & hit them 9 out of 10 times. If you have a very wonderful hook that misses the pins by a mile, the only thing thats great is the hook.Your scores will go up fast & drop twice as fast later on wasting seasons & maybe years to find out you needed to learn a straight ball first.
BUT , OK
HERE IS ONE
BRUNSWICK GROOVES THERE ABOUT A FRANKLIN & WILL NOT OVER REACT ON MEDIUM/OILY CONDITIONS.
IF YOU WANT TO GET GOOD AT THIS SPORT, LEARN IT SLOWLY ONE STEP AT A TIME. IF YOU JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN & NOT WORRY ABOUT SCORES, DIVE RIGHT IN .
I WILL HELP YOU IF YOU DECIDE THE SLOW WAY.THERE IS REALLY NO FAST WAY.THINK OF IT LIKE GOING TO GET A PILOTS LICENSE.
