QuestionI played about 150 to 220 in each game.
How I compute my handicap ?
AnswerHandicapping is a means of placing bowlers and teams with varying degrees of skill on as equitable a basis as possible for their competition against each other. WIBC/ABC recommends that higher handicap percentages be used for more equalized matches. In your case, however, you have given me two games and your aren't bowling a league. On my leagues, handicap is not officially established until about 12 games (4 weeks of league @ 3 games per week). Also, handicaps vary depending upon the league. In most cases for me, it is 90% of 200. What this means is your handicap is 90% of the difference between your average and 200. So, for example, if you had an average of 190, the difference between your avg and 200 is 10. 90% of ten is then 9 making your handicap as such (9). So, if we wanted to make a handicap for you even though you have only bowled two games (which wouldn't serve much justice) and we did it on a 100% of 200 basis (used a lot in tournaments) you would have a handicap of 15. Here is how I got this number: Your avg ((150+220)/2) is 185 and 100% of the difference of 200-185 is 15. So your handicap would be 15. I want you to know how little this means based upon the fact that you only have two games considered. Let me know if you understand. Here is a handicap calculator
