Bowling/Dry lane ball?

Question
Hello, I ask this question to you because of your experience.

I am a cranker, and my proshop guy says I throw around 400+ rpm's. Right now I'm throwing a Storm Recharge, and around the 3rd game it starts over hooking. Anyway I'm partial to Storm, and Lane #1 equipment and am looking for a dry lane high rg ball that will perform on dry lanes as well as my Recharge does on wet lanes. My proshop guy recommends either the Storm Tropical, or the Lane #1 Silver Bullet. My question is will the hit as hard as my better balls? I've heard the Tropical hits weak. What would you suggest?

Answer
Having thrown the Tropicals, they may hook a bit more than what you are looking for.  I would not question their hitting power though.  They flare a little more than I would suggest for a true dry lane ball.  The Silver bullet may be a better choice, although a bit more of an expensive choice.

Good luck,
Chip
