Question
I have been bowling for several years and have ave about 220 for the last 5 years and getting to middle 50,s I seem to be losing some turn and carry on the ball. I currently have 1/2 reverse pitch in my fingers. I am thinking that if I go to either 0 pitch or maybe to 1/4 forward it may bring back some of the turn I use to have. Would this move help my game?

Answer
You can try to change the finger pitches.  However, you will need to shorten the span at the same time.  You may find out that you will just hit up on the ball more and not really gain any revs or hitting power.

Do you use finger inserts, and if so, what kind?

Has your speed lessened as well?  If so, that may meen you will need to change the coverstocks you are using or the layouts.

Good luck,
Chip
