Bowling/Help

Question
Hello,
I have a problem getting warmed up. It feels like it takes me forever to get going. Usually during leage I'll bowl poorly the first game and a half, and then I'll start bowling better. I'll usually stay after and bowl a little more and I usually score higher then. For example, last Sunday my scores were:129, 194,195, then I bowled 4 more afterward:226, 206,199, and 213. I initially feel like my timing is off. I noticed  that when I was bowling better my backswing was much higher, so I think I need that to keep my timing correct. Any thought?
  thanks,
       Matt

Answer
I would reccommend a stretching routine to use before you throw any of your practice balls.  I have some materials from USBC that lists some that are particular to bowling, although I would imagine you could find a book at the book store or library concerning stretching excirsizes.  I would look for ones that concern the legs, shoulders, and wrists.

Good luck,
Chip
