Bowling/League Line-up

Question
I am in a mixed league that bowls with any 4 people per team. Last week we bowled a team in our leauge that has only 2 people on it. They have been using vacancy scores for the other 2 positions the whole season. It's not the leagues responsibility to fill all of the vacant spots in the league. Our rules say that you need at least half of the team to bowl with a legal line-up. During the first game one of their bowlers was injured and did not bowl the last 2 games.
My question is.. Since they only had 1 one bowler left to bowl, does this consist of a legal line-up? Should they forfiet for the last 2 games or should they be allowed to make them up?

Thanks,

Jimi

Answer
Usually, having one person out of a 2 man line up is legal.
If your league rules state that an individual can make up games, then they will be allowed to make them up.  None of the leagues I bowl in allow individual make ups, only teams.

I dont think they would have to forfiet.
