Question I have recently tried to stop using my wrist device and feel very comfortable without it but am losing revs. I know for a fact that my thumb is coming out way too late, I can tell that by feel alone. I was wondering if you had any drills, tips, ideas, ect. that I can use to try to get my rev rate up and my thumb out sooner. I feel much more comfortable without the support and want to be able to get rid of it altogether. I appreciate any advice you can give about this.
Answer You might want to have your fit rechecked. You may need to go a bit longer with the span. Using a wrist device will make the span on your ball feel longer than if you do not use the wrist device. Without the wrist device, you may be collapsing the wrist too soon and this will make you hang up in the ball too.
Good luck,
