Bowling/Lost the curve

Question
I used to be able to throw a nice curve ball; then a few years went by and I am
only able to throw a straight ball.  What do I need to do to get the curve back

Answer
You will need to have someone watch you bowl and see what is going on with your release.  In order to throw a curve, you will need to have counter clockwise rotation of your hand through the release.(if you are right handed)  You may be over rotating your hand and spinning the ball too much or not rotating enough.  Try to get a local pro shop person or coach watch you.

Good luck,
