Question
WHAT IS MEANT BY THE TERM RG AND THE DIFFERENTIAL? how AM I ABLE TO FIND MY PAP? ALSO R THERE ANY WAYS FROM SEEING WHAT COUNT U LEFT ON YOUR FIRST SHOT TO TELL IF THE BALL YOUR USING IS TOO AGGRESSIVE OR NOT AGGRESSIVE ENOUGH FOR THE LANES THAT YOU ARE BOWLING ON?

Answer
RG values affect length in ball reaction.  The higher the RG value, the longer the ball wants to go before changing direction.  The lower the RG value, the sooner the ball would want to make a move.
Differentials will affect flare and hook as well.  The higher the dif, the more flare potential and the earlier the hook.  Less diff, the less flare potential and the later the hook.  Differentials can be affected by the layout of the ball as well.
To find  your PAP, find the center point of the circle created by the oil ring closest to the holes.  Mark that spot and locate the spot 180 degrees from that spot and that will be your PAP.  Measure from that spot to the center of your grip and that will give you the coordinates, something like H +1/8 and V +5 3/4 inches.
I do not have a simple answer for your last question.
