Bowling/PAP and axis tilt

Question
I was just wondering how I find my positive axis point and determine how much axis tilt and axis rotation I have.  Have been bowling for a while but have never had anyone around with the patience to explain this to me.  Thanks for the help.

Answer
The fastest way is to throw the ball after a warm up & find the oil line closest to your grip. Trace that line all the way around the ball then place it on a ball spinner or something that spins. Spin it around until the line stays steady. As the ball is spinning, touch the top of the ball with a marker. The very top is the PAP.                                                          Looking at the ball working your way up you have the table then the spinner then the cup the ball is sitting in. Then the track line traced with a marker/grease pencil then the grip & the very top is the PAP.
Place a slice of white tape on that spot(best to put a pin hole in that spot so you don't loose the spot)have somebody watch you throw the ball & see if the tape is steady on the first part of the lane(first 10 feet). If not, slightly move the tape a 1/4" at a time until it is steady.
The key is to throw the ball the same way every time.
Try this & let me know.
