Question
Thank you Chip for responding. I really appreciate it.
I have 2 more questions regarding this.
1. Since it varies so much from M to F, what is the best way to determin what these pitches should be on a bowlers hand ?
2. A Left handed bowler would just be reversed, correct ?
Thanks again Chip, your advise, knowlwedge and experience is great and the fact that you share it is even better. Thank you.
Jim

Answer
Yes, for lefhanders you would just reverse the pitches.

Unless there are joint issues with a person, all of the mentioned pitches would be ok to start with.  If, after using the ball, a person develops soreness, then you would adjust the lateral pitch in the direction of the soreness.  There are instances when trial and error is needed.
