Bowling/Strike or Spare

Question
What is more difficult to achieve a perfect game of all strikes or a game with no open frames, well all spares?

Answer
That is an interesting question.  I have multiple 300s and no all spare games.  Since most people will try to get all strikes, all spare games are probably rarer.  If bowlers concentrated on all spares and werent trying for strikes, I would think all spare games would be much more common than 300 games.
