a.m.f;tells me they dont have enough info. to make a service manual on this model. (amf xl 500 manfg. date 1995) is this true? if so is there a manual for another model that would work? last question.. where can i get a flopy disc used to interface a pc to a sliverbullit mag? ( belive its called centry programer)

This is out of my area of expertise, but I would suggest you contact Gary Sparks at Vincennes University.  I do not have his contact info, but you can do a search for Vincennes University on the web.  He runs the bowling lanes management course and coaches the bowling team.
