well 1st off i have a 14 pound wrath ball and it hooks real good and I'm having trouble hitting my mark and releasing my ball out of my hand at the right time. I've been told how to release the ball but i try and it doesn't work because when i try 1 thing i mess up on the others like for example hitting my mark. So i was wondering if u can give me some advice on how to make me better?

When you go out to practice, only work on one thing and nothing else.  Pay attention to proper body and hand position and letting the ball roll off of your hand and dont try to hook it.  Usually when you try to hook the ball, hitting your target gets lost in the process.
