Answer
You have to try to stay behind the ball & not do much rotating if any around the ball at release.Your wrist should be at least straight if not a little cupped.Pinkie is in next to other finger & pointing finger out away from other finger.Gently squeeze your tips of your fingers into the grips.Your thumb does not do any squeezing! At release you point your thumb up to the sky as you follow thru . Bring your fingers into the palm of your hand. This gets you lift.
Leverage is also very important. You lock your wrist into the release position from your stance all the way thru your release.Your elbow locks as the ball passes your leg going into the back swing & is locked all the way thru the release.Armswing is close to your body allways.Face your target!!! Never walk another direction & try to reach over to your mark.
If your standing center dot & aiming at 2nd arrow, you point your toes to second arrow & walk as straight to the second arrow as you can.Your follow thru should be on line to second arrow & your hand should either pass thru your line of sight as you look at second arrow or your hand maybe a little right of target. Stretch out to & up thru the target.
FOCUS ON YOUR TARGET. ALL ENERGY/MOTION IS TO GO INTO THAT DIRECTION.

TRY THIS & GET BACK WITH ME ON HOW IT WORKED.THERES MORE AFTER THIS!
