Bowling/extra holes

Question
What is the purpose of the balance holes,x-holes( high flaring and decrease flare) and how would you know if it is needed for you? What adjustments need to be done if the track line is over your thumb and middle finger hole?

Answer
There are 2 reasons for an axis hole.
1. Over loading of side weight ( leverage weight )over one
ounce. Axis hole needed to bring side back to legal
one ounce. This maxes out potential hook in ball.
2. To change existing weights in the ball to change reation.

Flair is most effected by Pin placement.
