Chip, i just brought the storm ace great ball i am a lefty which in terms throw a natural curve sometimes i over hook the ball then other times the ball just runs away from me i love the five board with this ball is there any way i can get more revs on this ball with out breaking my wrist scores have been 209,190,165,147. what can i do to become a more consistant bowler ?

Breaking your wrist will decrease your revs.

If you want to be consistant, let the ball do the work for you.  Dont try to over turn it or over hook it and just give the ball direction.  Let the ball do everything else.  The less effort you put into each shot, the more repeatable the shot becomes.
