25 years old...quite bowling at 14...at that time i had high avg.etc..etc...
i used to have a hook that would cover 5-10 boards...
since returning my ball hooks maybe 3-5...
my ball speed is 19-20 and i dont think i am getting alot of rev's...i have to throw between 1,2 arrow but
why is my ball not hooking?....i never had a prob. with that...am i to fast or not releasing right...it looks good coming off but does not hook... im throwing a track...( the new one)rule delta...please help if not u guide me in the right direction..book video etc...

What are the other bowlers using and where are they playing?  Just because you have a ball with a lot of hook potential, it does not mean it will hook on the wrong condition.  It may be grabbing the lane too early and does not have enough energy to hook down the lane.

Pay attention to what other successful bowlers are doing, and try that are of the lane.
