Question
Chip,
Thanks for taking this question. I think I spoke to you regarding this ball. I bought the ball, and bowl in two different houses. 1 house is wood lanes, while the other one has synthetic. I recently had the ball dulled with 330 grit. That didnt seem too bad to start, but now I am having alot of trouble getting any backend in the synthetic house. Im told that I am a full roller, but I have slowed down the speed. What I have found, is that with the roto grip, you HAVE to stay consistent in speed, or you're in trouble..Any suggestions..Im thinking of getting another ball...Thanks Sandy

Answer
If you are a full roller, someone that has a ball track that goes between the thumb and fingers, you might want to get a ball that has a pearl finish.  This will get the ball to retain its energy longer and may give you a bit more backend reaction.  Dull will give you more roll.  Any high performance ball will require consistancy in release and ball speed.

Good luck,
Chip
