Question
i use a 14 lb ball, i want to have a spare ball with lesser weught, what weight would you suggest, thanks for your help
I do not like the different weights in balls that are used. There is no reason to place another variable in the swing. Each weight of ball will want to swing at a different speed and can cause some timing issues. If you use a 14# ball then the spare ball needs to be the same weight.
