Bowling/Can't feel my fingers.

Question
Hello, I've been bowling seriously for about 4 months now, and have taken my game to a 200 average. I'm a pretty heavy cranker, and bowl with out my thumb. For some reason I've lost all feeling in my middle, and ring finger for about two weeks. I started using a stress ball to strengthen my hands, and re-gained some feeling in my ring finger but the middle finger still feels dead. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process of heeling?

Answer
I am not a doctor .Inactivity is the best remedy for tired/strained tendons. But I can say it would help by putting your thumb in the ball to take stress off the fingers. Not many bowlers last more than a few years by just bowling with the fingers like (1 in 500).Mike Miller had 3 titles but his wrist died.I would suggest USE YOUR THUMB!
