Question
my girl boxer is almost 2 years old and still hasn't had a heat cycle I recently found out her brother of the same litter has never dropped what could this mean?

Answer
Sounds like a pituitary gland disorder, and genetically prone.

Take your girl to the vet, explain that the brother's testicles haven't dropped and the vet will test for pituitary disorders.

And, he'll also test for a thyroid disorder.

It really doesn't hurt her (or her brother) except for the one fact: they can not breed.

But your vet can test and help.
